Reference project: new Construction Vrieshuis Coenen
Our valued customer, Hendrikx Daksystemen in Someren, the Netherlands, is currently working on closing the roof of Vrieshuis Coenen, on behalf of Martens Bouw.

Project with multiple roof types
On the main building, the 35-metre high freezing hall, the roofing membrane is fixed directly to sandwich panels, using a hybrid system. A traditional overlap system is combined with our GuardianWeld system. The GuardianWeld system is also used in the corner and edge zones.
The Guardian SP50 + BS 6.8 combination in the overlap is processed with the Guardian Woodstick.
Steel- and concrete decks
A steel roof with PIR insulation and Sarnafil TPO was used for the office and outbuildings of the building. The whole roof is mechanically attached with the Guardian RB 48 + BS combination.
The other steel decks are also equipped with Sarnafil TPO in combination with the hybrid system (except for the concrete roof).
In addition, the Guardian ASTL was used for the roof terrace. This step-secure fastener for tapered insulation is the ultimate way to fasten concrete roofs with tapered insulation.
Fall Protection
In addition, a permanent fall protection system from SFS Benelux has also been chosen for this project. With anchor points and the horizontal line system, safe working on this roof is always guaranteed!
