Reference project: Holland Casino at Venlo (the Netherlands)

Klander Dakbedekkingen Limburg is currently closing the roof of the new Holland Casino in Venlo.
Thanks through our customer Dakned B.V., Guardian has been able to supply the fasteners for this wonderful project!
Project with multiple roof types
The complete building consits of 4 phases/floors:
- 1st floor concrete +/- 415 M2
- 2nd floor steel deck +/- 1115 M2
- 3nd floor steel deck +/- 2850 M2
- 4nd floor wooden deck +/- 1500 M2
For these different floors, different fasteners have been used.
The Guardian ASTL is used for the concrete substrate. The Guardian R75 + BS combination is used to fasten the insulation and the Guardian R45 + BS combination to fasten the roofing membrane in the overlay.
Klander has also used our bits combined with our extender. The Guardian HB conical drill with stopper was used to fasten the ASTL.
Roof build-up
EPS insulation has been applied to the roof. Depending on the roof surface, it is tapered in some places. A separating layer has been applied over it with a Universal roofing membrane.
